Hypochlorous acid sprays for daily lid hygiene have been popular ever since the original such product (Avenova) came on the market. There are a number of brands to choose from, with a variety of packaging (some in glass bottles like this, some plastic), volume, concentration (typically 0.01 to 0.02%) and of course price points. Your doctor may have a specific one that they like to recommend.
Hypochlorous is an effective antiseptic and a great way to go for people who have skin sensitivities, as it's a very simple product with few ingredients and nothing added as preservative.

Ingredients:
Active ingredient: Hypochlorous acid (HOCI) 0.015%
Other ingredients: Electrolyzed water (H2O), Sodium chloride (NaCI), Hypochlorite ion.
Directions:
Shake lightly and apply 1-2 sprays onto a cotton ball or round. Close eyelids and apply the solution at the base of the eyelashes. Let it dry (no need to rinse). Apply twice daily for best results.
Notice:
FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Do not use if tamper seal is broken or missing. Store at room temperature 65F to 75F away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not freeze. Do not use after expiration date.
